This form is for authorised representatives of schools and school networks registering to take part in the Arctic Race4Good programme. Kindly complete the sections below and submit to us at the end of the document.
Participants
Each school will submit a team with a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 25 students.
Participants will be aged from 10 to 17 – possibly forming a mixed-year-group team as part of an extra-curricular club.
We will accept a maximum of 12 teams – on a first come, first served basis.
Price for the online programme
£125 per student.
We require a nonrefundable deposit of £1,250 GBP to be paid – the equivalent of 10 student places – two weeks after the team has signed-up to confirm the school place.
*For those interested in participating in the Arctic Frontline Experience, it is mandatory that all participants first complete the online programme. This requirement is for the benefit of the participant as the online programme provides the foundational skills, personal connections to the indigenous people, and insights needed to be fully equipped for the in-person experience. An upfront nonrefundable deposit of £400 per student is required at the time of registration for the Frontline Experience. All balances are due as per Terms and Conditions and payment schedule.
