Linda forms partnership with FOBISIA

Linda Cruse and the Federation of British International Schools in Asia (FOBISIA) are delighted to announce a partnership, which will see Linda and her team leading a series of personal development programmes for students based in 76 member schools across 18 countries.

Linda is passionate about sharing some of the leadership lessons she has learnt having spent 20 years assisting recovery in the aftermath of tsunamis, earthquakes, floods, hurricanes and typhoons or working with survivors in refugee camps and war zones.

Her focus now is to develop the leaders of tomorrow while solving today’s biggest problems. To this end, she has created Race4Good®, an experiential student leadership programme where the best and brightest young minds will come together to form teams to solve critical, real-life challenges.

As Linda explains, “By sharing their intelligence and innovation, the students have an opportunity to leave their legacy and transform the lives of some of the most vulnerable communities – all while learning critical leadership and life-skills.”

Speaking of this new opportunity, John Gwyn Jones, CEO of FOBISIA said, “We are absolutely delighted to be working with Linda to offer our students this ground-breaking programme.”

Under the guidance and direction of Linda, and other senior business leaders, the students will be tasked with developing effective, sustainable solutions to real problems.

“In doing so, our young people will gain valuable work experience and the kind of unique insight that we hope will inspire and empower them to become the leaders of the future.”
