How to succeed in culturally challenging environments. Participants take stock of who they are, their roots, key influences, values and drivers and learn how to work effectively in a global business context and manage cross-cultural teams.

This workshop is aimed to inspire others to do what they can and recognise ‘the power of one.’ Linda draws on inspirational, empowering stories of unsung heroes from around the world and from her work with some of the great leaders, including The Dalai Lama. Learn how to get involved and make a difference.

Developed from the full Race4Good leadership programme, the mini Race4Good enables organisations or groups to make a positive impact and leave a meaningful legacy. The usual Race4Good takes place over a 3-week period, but this workshop gives a taste of its impact in just 3 hours!  It’s fast and fun!
