Be The Change: Business Leaders at the Frontline (BTC) takes passionate, inspiring and creative leaders and uses their professional and personal skills to solve some of the world’s seemingly most intractable problems. Developed in 2010, the Be The Change programme creates accelerated leadership outcomes for employees and individuals through deep-immersion in a unique learning environment. Led by Linda, the programme facilitates emotionally engaged and purpose-driven leadership practices by drawing on Linda’s global leadership experience on the frontline. Prior to the BTC experience, participants have access to a tailored online leadership course.
As a team, the BTC ambassadors devise a business plan to economically and socially uplift a village using a ‘hand up’, business-led approach; exploring ways of injecting vibrancy, innovation and new market opportunities into the community.
